Ordering, Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Ordering
Ordering from this website is as easy as clicking 'Add to Cart' or using the Buy with PayPal button on the product pages. We can do better deals for bank transfer and cash in store payments. Please call for further information.
International order are strictly bank transfer only. We will cancel any orders using credit card, paypal etc.
All prices are inclusive of GST, and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping
We use couriers, including TNT, Toll Ipec and Allied.
All Items will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery. Deliveries to capital cities are usually within 2-4 business days, regional within 7-10 working days.
Returns
We offer two product or service refund options
24 Hours - We give you 24 hours (from time of delivery or in store pickup) to see if you're happy. If you're not happy, we refund, no questions asked. Shipping at customers expense.
3 Days - Within 3 days from time of delivery, we offer a refund, repair, exchange or credit as follows.
A product or service has a major problem when:
- it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
- it is significantly different from the sample or description
- it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
- it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
- it is unsafe.
Warranty - Some items we sell are new and come with a manufacturers warranty. Second Hand or Used goods do not have warranty.
