Very good condition SG from the early 1970s. Possibly an SG 100. Great playing and sounding guitar. The Gibson mini humbucker rocks!
The SG 100 / 200 / 250 models were introduced in February 1971 amidst a controversial overhaul of the SG lineup, slotting below the SG Pro. Early examples have no beveling at all, and are the only SGs ever made like that. They are also unusual in that they are the only Gibson SGs that use a Polyester finish. The body of these guitars is thicker than other SGs, at 1 5/8" and the headstock pitch is very shallow. Early examples were built with no volute and no pickguard, while later builds did have them. These models were short-lived, being discontinued in mid 1972 and replaced by the SG I / II / III models.
